Well this picture and heading says it all. Chumlee from Pawnstars, which I am a fan of is now playing music in clubs. The best part of this article is that it said he requested girl scout cookies as one of this request. I wonder what kind of music he played there?

Top 5 Tips for Summer-Ready Abs!

This one was a no brainier because spring break is coming up. But here are the quick 5 tips to help you out. I am sure Hunter Edens would agree with them.

1. Cut “empty” calories from your diet. This is simple but very hard to do, especially when you are always hungry like I am. However If you want abs then you’re going to have to give in somewhere.

2. Make time for cardio workouts. This probably the most important thing you can do in the gym for abs to show to cut your body fat down. (check out my friend Hunter Edens blog about High Intensity Interval Training)

3. Choose exercises that involve core work. As simple as it sounds

4. Stay hydrated. Water is the most important thing you can put into your body. Also what helps with staying hydrated is eating low sodium food to cut down on water retention.

5. Eat anti-inflammatory foods every day. I am not sure how I feel about this one. It kind of says eat whole foods and you’ll be fine. Obviously it is important to eat well but anti-inflammatory foods do not have to be the only thing on your diet.

  1. Brendan, great post. A lot of great points here. I think the most important part about losing weight is making sure you are not starving yourself. Eat whole food that have not been chemically altered. Also, the high intensity workouts are great for burning through fat quickly and efficiently. Really enjoyed this blog.
